PonyBuy Spreadsheet Haul is written and maintained by the PonyBuy Spreadsheet Haul editorial desk. We are a partner of PonyBuy, not PonyBuy, and not any of the marketplaces it buys from.

The site covers one step: what happens between your items arriving at the warehouse and a parcel arriving at your door. Sister guides in the same family cover finding items and reading listings; this one deliberately does not.

This guide appears in none of the columns, which is the shortest way to say what a partner site is and is not.

We are a partner site

Links to ponybuy.com are partner links. That is how the guide is paid for. It does not change what gets written: where the service is weak we say so, and where the official documentation is wrong we say that too. The arithmetic slip in the combining example is on the home page for exactly that reason.

We are not the agent

We hold no stock, take no payments, weigh nothing and pack nothing. Money goes into a PonyBuy balance through the dialog above; the preset amounts and the 6,400 CNY ceiling in it are the operator's own sample screen, and the ceiling can be changed by PonyBuy without telling us. We cannot see your orders, change a route, release a parcel or issue a refund. Anything account specific has to go to PonyBuy customer service.

How the content is produced

Every factual claim on this site traces to a PonyBuy help centre article that was opened, rendered and read in full. Nineteen of them for this build. Pages are written from those articles rather than from other guides, which is why the emphasis here is different from the emphasis anywhere else.

Numbers carry the date they were checked. Every figure on this site is a crop of a screenshot we took ourselves of the live PonyBuy site or its help centre, dated, and captioned with what is actually on screen rather than what it stands for. Nothing here is a drawing of how we imagine it works. Where an official page is behind a login, we say that instead of describing an interface we have not seen.

We do not publish delivery estimates, tax outcomes, or claims about whether a parcel will clear customs. Nobody can know those in advance, including the agent.

Corrections

If a number here has moved, a link no longer opens what it says, or we have described something you know first hand to be wrong, tell us. Corrections go into the update log with the date, including the ones that make us look careless.
